Yes. We are a business entity based in Bangalore and any person can order directly from us in wholesale.
Q- How do I return defected/wrong product? What is the process?
You can mail us at www.mahaveersynthetics.com or call us on +91 080-22269999 and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items back to us. Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit note to purchase any other product from us. Also, the exchange will be done only once, after that no exchange or return can be done.
Q- Is shipping charge returned?
Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.
Q- Can I get cash refund for my order?
No refund policy is followed at Mahaveer Synthetics. We will issue store credit which can be used for any future purchases.
Q- Is there return policy for International shipments?
No shipments will be returnable in any case. We may consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. Cost of reverse shipment will be borne by the customer.
